How can I join the conference?

DECON is an online conference with restricted access for registered participants. Therefore, the first step is always to register via the registration page. Starting from the opening day of the DECON conference, you will be able to login to the conference website, move freely over the DECON venue and make use of the whole DECON offer, including the conference program and media content as well as contact possibilities to other participants like exhibitors and organizers.

Until when can I register? Do I have to buy a ticket?

The registration will be open all the time and there is no entrance fee to the conference, thanks to our supporting companies and sponsors.

Which video conference software you will use?

All live content is presented via ZOOM video conferencing software. Please set up ZOOM on your PC/MAC. It is possible to use only the browser based ZOOM application, but we recommend using the ZOOM app. Due to the fact that we offer translation service, which is at the moment only available in the app, this would be the most convenient way.

How long is the content of the conference available?

As a registered participant you will have access to all videos, documents and presentations of the DECON 2022 until November 6th. This gives you enough time to review presentations that are interesting to you or that you have missed.

Do I need a special software to participate on the conference?

The conference is completely browser based, supporting most browsers like Chrome, FirexFox, Safari, Edge etc. However, we recommend installing the ZOOM app, as all live contributions are done via ZOOM and some features like simultaneous translation are not available otherwise.

Is a translation service available?

No, the DECON is an international event which is held in English audio. In addition, expert presentations and interviews will also be subtitled in English.

How can I set up my poster?

Please use our template to set up your poster and send it via mail to info@actimondo.com.

Where will the interviews and presentations be published?

We will publish all content in the restricted area of the conference website. Only registered participants will have access to the content. Only example videos and marketing videos by the organisation team might be published on public channels like you tube.
